Personal Information Collection Statement

When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, your message, your preferred language and your answers to the quick check.

Your name and at least one way to contact you are required so that we can reply. The other fields are optional. If you do not provide the required details, we may not be able to respond to your enquiry.

We use these details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a demonstration, follow up on the same enquiry and keep a record of our communication with you.

What we collect

• Details you give us in the enquiry form, as listed above.
• Your quick check answers. While you answer, they are kept only in your own browser. They are sent to us only if you submit the enquiry form.
• Basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, which our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records to keep the website running and secure. We may also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits in aggregate without cookies and without identifying you. [TBC: confirm hosting logs and analytics]

Direct marketing

Ticking the consent box on the enquiry form allows us to contact you about that enquiry only. We will not use your personal data for direct marketing unless you have given us your separate consent, as required by Part 6A of the Ordinance. You can withdraw any consent at any time by emailing [email protected].

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

• Service providers who process data on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, database and email providers, under contracts that require them to protect it.
• Professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, where needed.
• Courts, regulators or law enforcement agencies when the law requires it.

Data stored outside Hong Kong

Some of our service providers store or process data on servers outside Hong Kong, for example in the Asia-Pacific region. [TBC: confirm the server locations] We take reasonable steps to make sure your personal data receives a similar level of protection.

How long we keep it

How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, such as encrypted connections and access limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data held by us. To make a request, email [email protected]. We may charge a reasonable fee for handling a data access request, as the Ordinance allows.

Browser storage

The quick check saves your progress in your browser's local storage so that you can continue later on the same device. It is removed when you send the enquiry, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. [TBC]

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated. If the English and Chinese versions differ, the English version prevails. [TBC]
